ELECTRONIC TERMS OF SERVICE & REFUND POLICY

Document Code: AFFARIRESHEN-TOS-PAK-2026
Effective Date: May 27, 2026
Operating Entity: Affari Reshen (Pakistan Operations)
Governing Laws: Electronic Transactions Ordinance (ETO), 2002; Contract Act, 1872; and the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA), 2016.

1. LEGAL RECOGNITION OF DIGITAL CONSENT

In accordance with Section 3 and Section 7 of the Electronic Transactions Ordinance (ETO), 2002, the Client explicitly concedes that physical "wet-ink" signatures are not required to establish a legally binding contract.

The Payment Trigger: The exact moment the Client transmits a digital payment (via IBFT, bank transfer, or credit link) or ticks the "I Agree" prompt on our digital interface, they have executed a binding, unalterable signature. The Client cannot later claim the contract is invalid due to the absence of a physical paper document.

2. STRICT "NO REFUND" & ADMINISTRATIVE PROGRESSION PROTOCOL

Affari Reshen does not operate on a contingency or "success-fee" model. Our fees compensate for specialized professional labor, time allocation, and administrative execution.

3. EMBASSY REFUSAL INDEMNITY & LIABILITY CAPS

Sovereign Decision Caps: Visa issuance, university admissions, and immigration entries are the exclusive, absolute prerogative of foreign sovereign governments (e.g., IRCC Canada, UKVI, or target registrars). Affari Reshen offers zero outcome guarantees.

4. THE ANTI-CHARGEBACK LOCK (BANK PROTECTION)

To eliminate chargeback fraud (where a customer uses a credit card or bank dispute to claw back money after receiving consultation), the Client explicitly agrees to this clause:

5. SEVERANCE FOR DECEPTION (CONTRACT DISCHARGE)

6. JURISDICTION & ARBITRATION COVENANT

ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE VERIFICATION:

By remitting funds digitally to Affari Reshen, the Client formally acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Electronic Terms of Service and Refund Policy. No further physical validation is required to enforce these terms in a Pakistani court of law.
